The challenge for December is to attend 12 classes throughout the month. That breaks down to roughly 3 classes per week.
This time of year can be busy and hectic. The best way to keep up with the busyness is to stick with your regular schedule. Plus, exercise can help keep your energy up while fending off stress and sickness.
Another suggestion is to maintain the best sleep schedule you can over the month. An extra hour here and there goes a long way.
