“CrossFit is my training program. Thanks CrossFit!”–BJ Penn, Badass, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt World Champion, UFC Competitor

“CrossFit is an extraordinary fitness program! It has made me feel stronger and more confident about myself. Newcomers to the program should not be intimidated because CrossFit is a personal challenge. Anyone who is willing to commit themselves to this program can change their lives too!”–Julie Racicot-Taylor

“The thing I love most about CrossFit is that there is no such thing as “not being to CrossFit level” like people seem to think. The trainers are great about scaling to your personal needs! It’s also one big family, which I love!”–Jennifer Stanford, CrossFit Lincoln member

“I have to thank you all (my CrossFit family) for pushing me and helping me get stronger. I had my first of two PT tests today– this one is flexed arm hang (or strict pullups for guys), crunches in 2 min, and a 3 mile run. Max possible points is 300 (100 per event), and I ran a 288. My PR is 292, and I didn’t think I’d be anywhere near that– I was shooting for about a 260. Maxed the arm hang (70 sec), and the crunches (100/2min, I actually got em done in about 1:30) no problem. I’ve always struggled with the run, but ended up running 22:54 today (21:00 is max for females). My run time PR is 22:20, so I was really happy. I thought I’d be up in the 25 minute range. Moral of the story: CrossFit works, and you guys are awesome!”–Kiersten Madsen, United States Marine

“There is NO better fitness program for fire fighters or law enforcement.”–Mike Bender, 10 time winner of the “Toughest Cop Alive” competition

“I have been a firefighter for 8 years and no training program comes close to CrossFit for helping me with my job. Everyday more firefighters come to me and ask about it. Keep it up.”– Matt Cullen, Physical Training Instructor British Fire Service
