Step 1: Try a workout. It’s FREE!

Try a free workout every Saturday at 9 a.m. The coaches keep it challenging and fun. Meet current members and other new faces just like you. Be prepared, though. You may never want to go back to your “Big Box” gym again!

If you cannot make our free Saturday morning session and still want to give CrossFit a shot, email or call us about trying out a class during the week. We will schedule you in a class based on availability.

Fill out the CFL Liability Form before you stop in.

Step 2: Join our Intro Sessions.

Every new member receives one-on-one introductory sessions with a certified CrossFit trainer from our staff. The sessions are scheduled according to your availability and familiarizes you step-by-step with the foundation movements of the sport. Most new members train with their coach 3-4 days per week for 2-3 weeks during their Intro Sessions. The price on the Intro Sessions includes the first two months of membership and personalized coaching.

Be ahead of the game and fill out the CFL Application and CFL Liability Form before you stop in.

Step 3: Jump into Classes.

Once you have learned the basics you can begin to amp up the intensity in our regularly scheduled classes. Sample different class times, experience the fun coaches and find new friends who are looking to be the best version of themselves, just like you.
