Our members come in all shapes, sizes, ages and ability levels - so you’ll be sweating next to people just like you. Every workout is scaled to meet you where you are that day. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • CrossFit Memberships

    The beauty of CrossFit is that it’s both a sport and a highly effective fitness program for all fitness levels. This promotes the opportunity to deliver a fitness program that is safe, fun, constantly varied, balanced, result oriented, and necessary for both the general fitness enthusiast and the serious competitor. Both athletes require the need for similar metabolic stimuli and overall need for balanced programming. CrossFit Lincoln’s goal is to build an athlete that is confident in three modalities (weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning) who can feel equally prepared for any task asked of them. We believe the base of our programming rests in the balance of general physical preparedness program combined with a positive atmosphere.

  • Personal Coaching

    Our Personal Coaching programs offers our members valuable one-on-one coaching for individuals looking to ramp-up their fitness with personalized instruction, which can vary from help on olympic lifts, gymnastics, endurance or personal training. Your coach will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace!

    Our staff offer 30- to 60-minute training sessions.

    30-minute sessions – $45/session

    60-minute sessions – $70/session

  • Programming Tracks

    Our programming tracks are the perfect way to focus on your SPECIFIC fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to add pounds to your back squat, improve your pull-ups or looking to improve your cardiovascular capacity, these tracks are intended to supplement CrossFit Lincoln’s group class programming.

    FOUNDATIONS OF CROSSFIT

    Designed for athletes new to CrossFit and barbell experience, athletes learn all the foundational movements of CrossFit, its associated verbiage and movement patterns. The introduction to CrossFit builds a strong base to prepare you both mentally and physically for life-long health and fitness. You can choose from an accelerated program of four sessions or eight in-depth sessions.
    No experience or pre-requisites necessary!

    PERSONAL COACHING

    Personal coaching sessions offer valuable one-on-one coaching for individuals looking to ramp-up their fitness with personalized instruction, which can vary from help on olympic lifts, gymnastics, or endurance. You choose what you want help with! Subscriptions are available.
