Sergio
Head Nutrition Coach
Sergio Lopez has been a Nutrition Coach since late 2022. His approach is to help you ease your way into a healthier lifestyle by choosing ingredients and preparing meals to maximize your body’s energy and achieve overall health.
Sergio began his journey of fitness and nutrition early 2014 wanting to lose weight, increase energy levels, and achieve a defined body composition. Throughout the years, Sergio attempted numerous trial and error fitness and nutrition programs with a wide range of success. Some programs offered Sergio a great level of success in nutrition but lacked success in fitness, and vice versa. Sergio came to understand that his body is the brain of the journey. His mindset transitioned to choose and prepare ingredients that would fuel his body, mind, and give him energy.
In 2022, Sergio certified as a Crossfit L1 and Precision Nutrition coach to further his knowledge and expertise to make himself available to any clients having the desire to change. Sergio wants to guide you through your nutrition journey and make it a lifestyle and not a pain.
