Group classes designed for everyone. Beginner, intermediate and advanced clients all benefit from the daily class programming and format.

Barbell Club

A specialized 3x week class to enhance your strength and olympic lifting technique.


A seasonal class offered for women at any stage of the birthing process, pre-pregnancy, pregnant, post-pregnancy, or thinking about getting pregnant. This class offers a safe and welcoming environment for mothers.

Gymnastics Class

A 12-week seasonal offering to develop gymnastic skills like pull-ups, muscle-ups and handstand movements.

Focus Work

Additional programming to be completed outside of class. Included in your CrossFit membership.
