OUR classes


Group classes designed for everyone from beginner to advanced athlete. The classes provide structure, accountability, coaching, community and the programming to improve functional fitness. They are designed to increase your energy, mobility, strength, stamina and ultimately the quality of your life.

Legends Class

The Legends program offers a CrossFit style class for people 55+ years of age two times per week for one hour each class. We focus on the fundamentals by way of resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, balance, and even gymnastics! Most of the current members are in their 60s or above. One of the most unique aspects is that we are a class size of 10 or less and so it allows me to really individualize what training looks like for each person. Most of the members either have had joint replacements or injuries, or are dealing with chronic illness. The goal of the group is to move as well as possible for as long as possible!

Adaptive Athlete classes

CrossFit is for everyone including people with disabilities. We host a class for people with intellectual disabilities on Saturdays, and a class Monday, Wednesday and Friday for people with physical disabilities. Head to our group training page for more information.

Gymnastic Workshops

Group gymnastic skill sessions held throughout the year. Advanced session is for athletes who can easily perform strict pull ups and strict dips in a workout and/or 5-10 reps unbroken reps fresh and are looking to get their first muscle up, work on string muscle ups together and continue to increase their proficiency in pulling gymnastics. Beginner Session is for athletes who hope to improve on the fundamentals of pulling gymnastics, get their first pull up (strict, kipping), string pull ups together, and gain the tools needed to progress towards those things. Additional programming for strength, skill and stamina to be completed outside of class.
