June Recap & Looking Ahead! đď¸ââď¸đ
June was an action-packed month! Between wrapping up our strength cycle with front rack lunges and weekends full of events, it absolutely flew by. We closed it out strong on the last day with the challenging 20-rep max back squatâa perfect highlight of how great this month was!
If we had to sum up June in one word, it would be community. You all came together inside and outside the gym for new experiencesâfrom yoga sessions to paddle boarding adventures. Letâs keep this amazing momentum rolling into July, August, and beyond!
Weâre also excited to share that we welcomed 10 new members to our community, including personal training clients, nutrition coaching clients, and group class members. Thank you all for being so welcoming and helping them feel at home! đ
Whatâs ahead in July?
Expect hot weather, lots of sweat, and even more fun! Remember to stay hydrated, stay engaged, and come ready to push yourselfâor just show up to have a blast with the crew!
Getting Outside Our Box
June Highlights & Community Wins! đđ§ââď¸đď¸ââď¸
June was absolutely packed with excitementâboth inside and outside the gym!
Our amazing community got together for all kinds of activities: paddle boarding adventures under the sun, rejuvenating yoga right here in the box, and connecting at the inspiring Rising Tides Community event. It was incredible to see so many faces showing up, supporting each other, and making memories beyond the workouts!
We also had three of our athletes step up and compete at The Depot competition, bringing home an impressive 2nd place finish! đŞđ Huge congratulations to themâyou make us proud every day! (Landon, Colby, Taylor)
June was also filled with big life moments worth celebrating:
đ Maddy tied the knotâsending lots of love and cheers to her!
𤿠Hallie accepted the head diving coach position at the University of New Mexicoâwhat an achievement!
And we didnât stop there! We launched our very first CrossFit Kids class, and thanks to all your support and energy, we already have another class planned for July. Itâs amazing to see the next generation stepping onto the floor and having fun with fitness!
Looking ahead: letâs keep this momentum rolling into July and beyond. Show up, support each other, and keep building the strongest, most welcoming community around! And as always, if I forgot someone, I apologize! If you have a milestone this next month share it with us!
