OUR MISSION
Building the next generation of strong, confident, and kind humans through movement that’s fun, safe, and purposeful.
At CrossFit Lincoln, we believe childhood is the perfect time to grow strength, confidence, and community — all through movement that’s fun, safe, and meaningful.
In our CrossFit Kids program, we provide expert coaching, inclusive workouts, and a supportive environment where kids cheer one another on and discover life lessons through every throw, jump, and challenge.
We teach that effort matters, positivity is powerful, and resilience is earned one rep at a time.
Our goal isn’t just to build young athletes — it’s to nurture compassionate, confident, and resilient humans who carry what they learn off the gym floor and into their friendships, classrooms, and everyday lives.
Healthy habits
Our classes make movement a habit kids love. Each workout shows them that being active isn’t just exercise — it’s energy, confidence, and fun that lasts a lifetime.
Teamwork & leadership
We grow leaders through play. In every class, kids learn how to work together, cheer each other on, and lead with kindness and confidence.
Confidence
Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them more successful in all aspects of life!
Lifelong Movement Mindset
We encourage kids to see exercise as a fun, ongoing adventure—so they grow up curious, active, and confident in their bodies.
KATIE ELLIOTT CF-L1
Katie Elliott is the head coach for CrossFit Kids at Lincoln Nutrition and Fitness: Home of CrossFit Lincoln. She loves helping kids build confidence, learn new skills, and feel proud of what their bodies can do. Her classes are full of energy, laughter, and encouragement — a space where every kid feels seen, supported, and excited to show up each week.
Katie has always had a love for movement and competition. She has a degree in Sports Administration, spent years working as a personal trainer, and has been part of the CrossFit community since 2019. As a former college track and field athlete and someone who still enjoys intramural sports, she knows firsthand how much fitness can shape both physical and mental strength. She believes movement is one of life’s greatest gifts — something that should feel fun, challenging, and rewarding for everyone.
What inspires Katie most is being a mom of three. Watching her kids discover the joy of being active is what led her to start coaching youth fitness. Through CrossFit Kids, she’s found a way to blend her passion for coaching with her heart for kids — creating a program that’s about more than just exercise. It’s about helping them grow into strong, kind, and confident humans who believe in themselves inside and outside the gym.
