group training

Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day in class you will have an intentional warm-up with specific instructions for all the movements for the strength component and the workout from an experienced coach. Our group classes also provide a community of like minded individuals to encourage you and hold you accountable throughout your fitness journey.
