What is the On-Ramp Program?
The new On-Ramp program consists of 5-7 foundational sessions where new clients are taught the fundamentals of CrossFit.
How It Works:
First Session: New members will be introduced to the class at the beginning of their session, ensuring they feel welcomed from the start. We know that the class environment can be intimidating, so we want to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Class Integration: During their On-Ramp sessions, new members will train during their intended class times to develop a routine. This helps them get comfortable with the class format and makes the transition seamless.
Final Session: In their last On-Ramp session, the coach will accompany the athlete to a class, continuing to coach them in a group setting. This ensures they learn all the nuances, such as where to store their belongings, where to find equipment, and any other questions they may have.
