For new individuals that want to ramp up into our fast-paced group CrossFit classes. The movement curriculum is sequential and you will receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program as well as learn the proper technique to our foundational movements.

Every new member must first complete a series of introductory classes before joining group workouts. This is to maintain the highest quality of training possible.

Your intro classes are scheduled with one of our certified CrossFit trainers for personalized coaching and attention. You coordinate the time for each session based on your schedule and availability. Classes will last about 30-60 minutes and are used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements, and stimulus we use in CrossFit.

Each class is designed to teach you the basic movements and workout style along with the background and philosophy of CrossFit. The curriculum is sequential and attendance to all sessions is fundamental to your gaining the necessary proficiency and preparation for our group workout of the day classes.
